TODAY’S TOPIC: If God created and empowered you

Text: Isaiah 42:1-8 (NIV):

"42:1. Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations.

42:2. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets.

42:3. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;

42:4. he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his law the islands will put their hope."

42:5. This is what God the LORD says--he who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and all that comes out of it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it:

42:6. "I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles,

42:7. to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.

42:8. "I am the LORD; that is my name! I will not give my glory to another or my praise to idols."

SHOWER (Reflection):

If God created and empowered you, who will stop you? None! You are unstoppable! He is telling you today that He has given every power on us to go ahead prospering and dominating. He will not give His glory to another. 

PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

1. O God arise, heal me of every generational and terminal disease  in Jesus name... Amen.

2. My father in the name of Jesus Christ, I clean myself from failures and obstacles, in the name of Jesus Christ...Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Anointing you received Teach you

Text: 1 John 2:24-29 (NIV):

"2:24. See that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father.

2:25. And this is what he promised us--even eternal life.

2:26. I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray.

2:27. As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit--just as it has taught you, remain in him.

2:28. And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming.

2:29. If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who does what is right has been born of him.

SHOWER (Reflection):

Do not hope or work on your capacity, let God's anointing in you lead you. You need to request for it day and night, and work directly with it. When God visit you, you will be anointed. It was after God anointed Saul a King that he became a prophet. David begun to do and flee away from more dangers after his encounter with God's anointing. What of Saul that was changed to apostle Paul or Peter that preached with boldness after God's anointing. Brethren, I pray for you to receive God's anointing that will promote you in Jesus name, Amen.

PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

1. O God arise, command the ground to swallow any living or nonliving things positioning self against my rising, in Jesus name... Amen.

2. My father in the name of Jesus Christ, I declare and decree as void, null and without effect, every dream or prophesy concerning me that does not glorify God...Amen.

3. By the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, I declare harvest time for God's gifts and talents in my life. Wherever they are buried, let fire of God meet, revive, germinate and grow them for me to eat, drink and empower others from them... in Jesus name, Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Forget not God's goodness 

Text: Psalm 103:1-10 (NIV):

103:1. Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.

103:2. Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits--

103:3. who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,

103:4. who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,

103:5. who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

103:6. The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.

103:7. He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:

103:8. The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.

103:9. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;

103:10. he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.

SHOWER (Reflection):

 A young man somewhere was asking God to make him rich with a promise to help the poor in his community and so on. He claimed to be feeling their impulse and wanted a better society.

 One day, he found some shining stones in his farm. His mind told him that it must not be just an ordinary stone because he heard severally on radio that his community had gold. He also learnt about how having golds could make one rich. 

So he took one as a sample and reported to one of the government approved miners. On finding out that it was a gold, they changed his status and life. Unfortunately, on coming to takeover his land for more mining activities, he claimed ownership of some of his neighbours lands and properties so that he will enjoy more monopoly of the wealth of compensation... 

This is how humans pay back to God always. We promise to serve Him better, do this and that but once lifted, we will forget Him and start terrorising the society. Brethren, praising God is not only by giving offerings in the Church, acquiring and gifting properties to Church or religious leaders, or eating and drinking. It is more than that. It includes giving back to the society, loving and uplifting your neighbours, supposed enemies, etc. May God help us to learn and do this in Jesus name, Amen.

PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

1. O God my father, purge me of every act of wickedness and pride so that I shall serve You better when blessed, in Jesus name... Amen.

2. As I move to serve a living God, whatever that wants to stand on my way to success, I command you to be crushed and burn to ashes...in the name of Jesus Christ...Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Wisdom is a watchtower

Text: Proverbs 7:1-5 (NIV):

"7:1. My son, keep my words and store up my commands within you.

7:2. Keep my commands and you will live; guard my teachings as the apple of your eye.

7:3. Bind them on your fingers; write them on the tablet of your heart.

7:4. Say to wisdom, "You are my sister," and call understanding your kinsman;

7:5. they will keep you from the adulteress, from the wayward wife with her seductive words.

SHOWER (Reflection):

 With wisdom, you will escape from temptations, overcome challenges, subdue problems and issues. Wisdom is godly gift. Solomon requested for it and used it to do exploit. You need it to succeed in life. Before you venture into that business, trip or whatever, ask God for a wisdom to direct your path. He will surely not let you down in Jesus name, Amen.

PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

1. By the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, I declare and decree today that untimely death is not my portion in Jesus name... Amen.

2. O Gos arise, kill the spirit of pride and arrogance that are trying to drag me backwards, in Jesus name...Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Man Know Yourself 

Text: Luke 7:1-10 (NIV):

"7:1. When Jesus had finished saying all this in the hearing of the people, he entered Capernaum.

7:2. There a centurion's servant, whom his master valued highly, was sick and about to die.

7:3. The centurion heard of Jesus and sent some elders of the Jews to him, asking him to come and heal his servant.

7:4. When they came to Jesus, they pleaded earnestly with him, "This man deserves to have you do this,7:5because he loves our nation and has built our synagogue."

7:6. So Jesus went with them. He was not far from the house when the centurion sent friends to say to him: "Lord, don't trouble yourself, for I do not deserve to have you come under my roof.

7:7. That is why I did not even consider myself worthy to come to you. But say the word, and my servant will be healed.

7:8. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."

7:9. When Jesus heard this, he was amazed at him, and turning to the crowd following him, he said, "I tell you, I have not found such great faith even in Israel."

7:10. Then the men who had been sent returned to the house and found the servant well."

SHOWER (Reflection):

When you know yourself it will be very easier for you to take control of whatever situation around you. This is called knowledge of oneself. If you know or understand yourself, it will equally be easier for you to introduce or explain yourself to others. A centurion understood this and was able to apply it accordingly. That was why he was able to inform Jesus not to bother Himself coming to his house again. He knew that wether He comes to His house or not, whatever He says should happen to that house will surely come to pass. As a leader who command's soldiers and servants to carryon several errands and they do them diligently, why won't Jesus command's to Satan or sickness receive instant answers? That was what moved the centurion and it worked for him immediately as the sick under his roof got instant healing. Child of God what is still keeping you one place to date? We need this kind faith to grow and go higher in life. You can only get this by having true knowledge of the word and yourself. 

PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

1. O God, release that knowledge and faith that will change my story today in Jesus name... Amen.

2. My father, my father, my father, because You live, I refuse to bow down to the pressure of life. My soul, my spirit is lifted up to possess my possessions in Jesus name...Amen.

3. By the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, every satanic arrow pursuing me today, i command you to go back to your senders ... in Jesus name, Amen.

"6:6. Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!

6:7. It has no commander, no overseer or ruler,

6:8. yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

6:9. How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep?

6:10. A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest--

6:11. and poverty will come on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man.

SHOWER (Reflection):

 Greetings brethren and welcome to a new week. God who brought us this far will surely take us far in Jesus name, Amen. Today's message is encouraging us not to feel relaxed or think that we can get everything on a platter. You must strike to achieve a success. Then God will assist you to reach your zenith. Consider the ants how they grow and go places in search of what to eat and storing them ahead of time. Just keep going, and God will keep shielding and empowering you to become successful.

TODAY’S TOPIC: I am the Lord's portion

Text: Psalm 108:1-8 (NIV):

"108:1. My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing and make music with all my soul.

108:2. Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.

108:3. I will praise you, O LORD, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples.

108:4. For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

108:5. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and let your glory be over all the earth.

108:6. Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered.

108:7. God has spoken from his sanctuary: "In triumph I will parcel out Shechem and measure off the Valley of Succoth.

108:8. Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet, Judah my scepter."

SHOWER (Reflection):

 For the fact that He created me in His own image, He has not left me unattended to. I am His creature and working tools in His hands. He will keep using me whether I like it or not because He loved and cherished me. God's love is higher and incomparable. If not for Him, I could have died before today. Therefore, I must give Him thanks and praises so that we do more in my life and family. O God be praised today and forever for Your love unto me are wonderful. We glorify Him for a new life, new day, laughter, food and other goodies.

PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

1. O God, my redeemer, may Your name be glorified forever in my life. O God, let Your glory be above the earth and manifest fully in my life, in Jesus name... Amen.

2. By the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, I resist and send to abyss anything in me that does not glorify God in Jesus name...Amen.

3. O God arise, arrest and set on fire, every enemy preparing to attack me this new week , in Jesus name, Amen.

4. My father, my father, my father, let Your salvation germinate fruits of greatness, open doors and upliftment in my life this new week... in Jesus name, Amen.
