TODAY’S TOPIC: Don't judge others 

Text: Luke 6:37-42 (NIV):

"6:37 Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

6:38  Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

6:39  He also told them this parable: 'Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit?

6:40  A student is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher.

6:41  Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

6:42  How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

*SHOWER:*

Judges, magistrates and court presidents are specially empowered by the law to scrutinise cases and deliver judgement. Can a person who is not a judge just enter or deliver judgement on any case? Then, think more of God who owns everything and everyone. He said we should not be judges to others because we too are sinners. Judgement is from Him alone because He is the creator of the universe. You may end up passing a partial or bias judgement when you judge. But He will not because He knows us far.

*PRAYER/DECLARATIONS*

O Jesus, may Your word I heard bear good fruits in me and not Jesus name, Amen.

*1. I'm not perfect. But God has perfected my imperfections.

*2. Therefore, I claim my healings, breakthrough, promotions and upliftment today. 

*3. I hereby decree and declare that my destiny helpers must locate me today so that my life will wear a new look in Jesus  name, Amen.*

TODAY’S TOPIC: The gains of obedience 

Text: Deuteronomy 28: 1-10 (NIV):

"28:1 If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.

28:2 All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:

28:3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.

28:4 The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock--the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.28:5 Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.

28:6 You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.

28:7 The LORD will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.

28:8 The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.

28:9 The LORD will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the LORD your God and walk in his ways.

28:10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they will fear you."

*SHOWER:*

Our God so much loves us that He assures several blessings on us. If you obey Him you will enjoy a longer and fulfilled life. So, what are you waiting for? Have a rethink now and move on.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Be contended not greedy

Text: Hebrews 2:5-15 (NIV):

"2:5 It is not to angels that he has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking.

2:6 But there is a place where someone has testified: "What is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?

2:7You made him a little lower than the angels; you crowned him with glory and honor

2:8 and put everything under his feet." In putting everything under him, God left nothing that is not subject to him. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him.

2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

2:1n bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.

2:11 Both the one who makes men holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers.

2:12 He says, "I will declare your name to my brothers; in the presence of the congregation I will sing your praises."

2:13 And again, "I will put my trust in him." And again he says, "Here am I, and the children God has given me."

2:14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death--that is, the devil--

2:15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.

2:16 For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham's descendants.

2:17 For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.

2:18 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

*SHOWER:*

God has perfect plans for his people. We can only enjoy it or them if we are courageous and courageously following Him. Think twice let's move.

TODAY’S TOPIC: God don't remember our sins

Text: Jeremiah 14:1-10 (NIV):

"14:1 This is the word of the LORD to Jeremiah concerning the drought:

14:2 "Judah mourns, her cities languish; they wail for the land, and a cry goes up from Jerusalem.

14:3 The nobles send their servants for water; they go to the cisterns but find no water. They return with their jars unfilled; dismayed and despairing, they cover their heads.

14:4 The ground is cracked because there is no rain in the land; the farmers are dismayed and cover their heads.

14:5 Even the doe in the field deserts her newborn fawn because there is no grass.

14:6 Wild donkeys stand on the barren heights and pant like jackals; their eyesight fails for lack of pasture."

14:7 Although our sins testify against us, O LORD, do something for the sake of your name. For our backsliding is great; we have sinned against you.

14:8O Hope of Israel, its Savior in times of distress, why are you like a stranger in the land, like a traveler who stays only a night?

14:9 Why are you like a man taken by surprise, like a warrior powerless to save? You are among us, O LORD, and we bear your name; do not forsake us!

14:10 This is what the LORD says about this people: "They greatly love to wander; they do not restrain their feet. So the LORD does not accept them; he will now remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins."

*SHOWER:*

We must not allow God to remember our iniquities. If you allow that to happen, you will regret it. The bible says we have all sinned and fallen short of His glory. So, ours should be more seeking His mercy. Submit yourself to Christ and allow Him to takeover. It will surely get better.

TODAY’S TOPIC: The curse or blessing: which do you prefer?

Text: Deuteronomy 11: 18-28 (NIV):

"11:18 Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.

11:19 Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

11:20 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates,

11:21 so that your days and the days of your children may be many in the land that the LORD swore to give your forefathers, as many as the days that the heavens are above the earth.

11:22 If you carefully observe all these commands I am giving you to follow--to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways and to hold fast to him--

11:23 then the LORD will drive out all these nations before you, and you will dispossess nations larger and stronger than you.

11:24 Every place where you set your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the western sea.

11:25 No man will be able to stand against you. The LORD your God, as he promised you, will put the terror and fear of you on the whole land, wherever you go.

11:26 See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse--

11:27 the blessing if you obey the commands of the LORD your God that I am giving you today;

11:28 the curse if you disobey the commands of the LORD your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known.

*SHOWER:*

In today's scripture, God commanded the  Israelites to keep to the law and go higher. God showed them why it was and remains necessary to follow His instructions. God says they will be blessed beyond their expectations or thinking. But if they fail to serve God, they will be cursed. That scripture is meant for us. We are supposed to keep to His law and commandments alone if we must survive or go to heaven at last. How are you running the race set before you? Be careful and join the race now. 

*PRAYER/DECLARATIONS*

O Jesus, I thank You for Your words that had given me new life. Open my eyes to behold You as I study your in Jesus name, Amen.

*1. O God, uplift me so that I will overcome the challenges of the month of May and march forward to June.

*2. I'm standing on the authority of the living and loving God today. I shall not die but live to fulfill my destiny in life .

Text: Matthew 6:19-24 (NIV):

"6:19 Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.

6:20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

6:22 "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light.

6:23 But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

6:24"No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money."

*SHOWER:*

Today, God wants us to invest our wealth, life, friends and relatives to His kingdom. These means that our faith, prayers, and human and material resources should be committed to the services of God. This is also because those in Christ are new creatures; old things must pass away. It also discourages also from serving many gods or masters.

O Jesus, I thank You for Your words that had given me new life. Open my eyes to behold You as I study your in Jesus name, Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Covenant Keeping God

Text: Psalm 65: 1-9 (NIV):

"65:1 Praise awaits you, O God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled.

65:2 O you who hear prayer, to you all men will come. 

65:3 When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave our transgressions.

65:4 Blessed are those you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We are filled with the good things of your house, of your holy temple.

65:5 You answer us with awesome deeds of righteousness, O God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas,

65:6 who formed the mountains by your power, having armed yourself with strength,

65:7 who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.

65:8 Those living far away fear your wonders; where morning dawns and evening fades you call forth songs of joy.

65:9 You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it."

*SHOWER:*

King David said he will keep his vow with the lord for he keeps His covenant with us, filled us with His blessings. And those who live far away fears His wonders. Our God is really awesome. We individually and collectively have at least one thing to glorify His name. So, don't hesitate to give Him praise and you will be blessed more. 

*PRAYER/DECLARATIONS*

O Jesus, I pray You to inspire my words and actions so that I won't fall out of the grace and ways because of things of the world in Jesus name, Amen.

*1. O God, Your grace is sufficient unto me. I lean on You today and I know you won't let me go. 

*2. My foundation is in Christ Jesus. No evil, challenges of the world and wants of the fresh can stop me.

*3. Therefore, I decree and declare divine healing upon myself and family, open doors and total emancipation in Jesus name, Amen.*
