TODAY’S TOPIC: Apostleship 

Text: Romans 1:3-7(NIV):


"1:3. regarding his Son, who as to his human nature was a descendant of David,

1:4. and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.

1:5. Through him and for his name's sake, we received grace and apostleship to call people from among all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith.

1:6. And you also are among those who are called to belong to Jesus Christ.

1:7. To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ."



SHOWER (Reflection):

Today is a great day. The day we become expectant mothers, fathers and sons. God who ordained us to live to this day, is doing it with a reason. He wants us to go on going good in His name. He has ordained us to carry-on the onerous project of discipleship. Join the train. 



PRAYER/DECLARATIONS

2. O God arise, disgrace those who planned to disgrace me this season. Kill those who wished me dead in Jesus name, Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Time to pay back

Text: Luke 5:33-39 (NIV):


"2:12. Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town by crime!

2:13. Has not the LORD Almighty determined that the people's labor is only fuel for the fire, that the nations exhaust themselves for nothing?

2:14. For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

2:15. "Woe to him who gives drink to his neighbors, pouring it from the wineskin till they are drunk, so that he can gaze on their naked bodies.

2:16. You will be filled with shame instead of glory. Now it is your turn! Drink and be exposed! The cup from the LORD'S right hand is coming around to you, and disgrace will cover your glory.

2:17. The violence you have done to Lebanon will overwhelm you, and your destruction of animals will terrify you. For you have shed man's blood; you have destroyed lands and cities and everyone in them."



SHOWER (Reflection):

Glory be to God! Hallelujah hosanna in the highest. We are happy to have behold a new day of glory. God has done it as He always does. Today is however, most special because He has promised to visit the evil men with evil, destructions and others they have been sending to us. Rise up! Just be shouting Hallelujah hosanna because He has taken over our problems. You shall celebrate all through the Yuletide. Those who wished you evil are those to suffer the pain in Jesus name, Amen.



PRAYER/DECLARATIONS


1. O Jesus, I thank You for standing in the gap to pay back to all according to their evil doing against me. Father, please do not allow them to remain in the face of earth in Jesus name, Amen.

TODAY’S TOPIC: Testimonies 

Text: John 1:19-28 (NIV):


"1:19. Now this was John's testimony when the Jews of Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was.

1:20. He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, "I am not the Christ."

1:21. They asked him, "Then who are you? Are you Elijah?" He said, "I am not." "Are you the Prophet?" He answered, "No."

1:22. Finally they said, "Who are you? Give us an answer to take back to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?"

1:23. John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet, "I am the voice of one calling in the desert, 'Make straight the way for the Lord.'"

1:24. Now some Pharisees who had been sent

1:25. questioned him, "Why then do you baptize if you are not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?"

1:26. "I baptize with water," John replied, "but among you stands one you do not know.

1:27. He is the one who comes after me, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie."

1:28. This all happened at Bethany on the other side of the Jordan, where John was baptizing."



SHOWER (Reflection):

This is season of testimonies. The year is coming to an end in about two weeks time. What has God done to you this year that you are yet to honour or celebrate him? That you are alive from January to December, is a great testimony. Go on and testify of God's goodness before men and women. Go to motherless babies homes, Old people homes, street beggars and so on to celebrate with them. Let them have you to testify to God about. John testified about Jesus; a man whose thong's sandals he cannot remove. What of you? What can people say about you tomorrow ? Make an amend today as we journey to 2023!!!



PRAYER/DECLARATIONS


1. O Jesus, we testify of goodness and kindness unto us in the year 2022. Be praised, be magnified and exalted in the highest, Amen.


2. O God arise, cut down and burn to ashes any tree standing anyway to my greatness in Jesus name, Amen.


3. Jesus I love You. All I have is yours today and forever more. Remove and destroy anything that wants to stop me from enjoying my Christmas and New Year in Jesus name, Amen!!!

TODAY’S TOPIC: My God will humble them

Text: Habakkuk 1:5- 11(NIV):


"1:5. Look at the nations and watch--and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.

1:6. I am raising up the Babylonians, that ruthless and impetuous people, who sweep across the whole earth to seize dwelling places not their own.

1:7. They are a feared and dreaded people; they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor.

1:8. Their horses are swifter than leopards, fiercer than wolves at dusk. Their cavalry gallops headlong; their horsemen come from afar. They fly like a vulture swooping to devour;

1:9. they all come bent on violence. Their hordes advance like a desert wind and gather prisoners like sand.

1:10. They deride kings and scoff at rulers.. They laugh at all fortified cities; they build earthen ramps and capture them.

1:11. Then they sweep past like the wind and go on--guilty men, whose own strength is their god."



SHOWER (Reflection):

Don't loose hope. God will humble them that are attacking you. Whatever measure they put in place on this December, God will empower you to overcome. What kills man more is pride. God humbled Babylon, making them to acknowledge and reference Him alone. Two days are enough to redo all you lost in the past.



PRAYER/DECLARATIONS


1. O God, my father, punish them, devalue them and prosecute them who are currently fighting for my head. In  Jesus name I pray, Amen.


2. I am servant of the Most High God, December shall not spill my blood or those of my family in Jesus name, Amen.


3.Jesus I love you. All I have is yours today and forever more. In You, I stand out and positioned for exploit in  Jesus name, Amen!!!
